Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Power Uprate Civil Engineer to lead critical nuclear projects nationwide.

The role involves guiding complex civil/structural designs, supporting power uprates, mentoring staff and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across facilities. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, perform rigorous analyses, prepare reports and accompany field deployments, travel up to ~10%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
10+ years of civil/structural design experience in nuclear or power generation.
Experience evaluating structural impacts of major equipment upgrades and power uprates preferred.
Experience with concrete, steel, seismic and structural analysis.
Strong communication and technical writing skills.
Ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers.
US Citizenship required.
Approximate travel of 10% as needed.
