Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Power Uprate Civil Engineer to lead and mentor on nuclear power uprate projects across the United States.

You will guide analysis, design, and evaluation of critical structures, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and communicate findings to clients and teams. Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary efforts, developing design studies and estimates, and traveling for site walkdowns and field installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of civil/structural design experience in nuclear or power generation.
• Experience evaluating structural impacts of major equipment upgrades and power uprates preferred.
• Experience with concrete, steel, seismic and structural analysis.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers.
• US Citizenship required.
