Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. seeks a Principal Power Uprate Civil Engineer to lead complex projects, mentor junior staff, and advance safe and efficient uprates at nuclear facilities across the country.

In this full-time role, you will analyze designs, prepare technical reports and specifications, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of civil/structural design experience in nuclear or power generation.
• Experience evaluating structural impacts of major equipment upgrades and power uprates.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers.
• US Citizenship required.
• Approximate travel of 10% as needed.

• Engage in Field Operations: Travel, site walkdowns, oversee field installations, and support system start-ups.
