Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Power Uprate Civil Engineer to lead nuclear power uprate projects and mentor engineering staff.

This leadership role focuses on safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance across multiple facilities in the United States. Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Structural engineering degree with 10+ years of nuclear or power-generation design experience, exposure to uprate evaluations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 10+ years of civil/structural design experience in nuclear or power generation.
• Experience evaluating structural impacts of major equipment upgrades and power uprates.
• Experience with concrete, steel, seismic and structural analysis.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers.
• US Citizenship required.
• Approximate travel of 10% as needed.

• Engage in Field Operations: Travel to sites, participate in walkdowns, oversee field installations, and support system start-ups.
