Job summary

Framatome is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead architecture definition, requirements management and integration activities for large-scale nuclear projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage interfaces, and drive V&V planning to ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

You will apply MBSE methods, support lifecycle design reviews, and work with diverse stakeholders across multiple sites to deliver robust, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of related systems engineering experience in complex projects.
• Experience with requirements management, traceability, interface management, and V&V planning.

Responsibilities

• Define, formalize, and deploy systems engineering processes including plans (System Engineering, Configuration, Interface, Data Management).
• Propose system architecture and breakdown aligned with WBS and cost/schedule/risk constraints.
• Lead requirements traceability and design verification activities across lifecycle stages.
