Job summary

Framatome North America is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead end-to-end systems engineering activities for major nuclear projects. You will define architectures, manage requirements traceability, and oversee interfaces across multi-site teams.

You will drive V&V planning, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver safe, reliable systems on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven systems engineering experience in a project execution context.
• Experience integrating new process systems within an operating facility.
• Strong knowledge of industrial or manufacturing processes.
• Ability to maintain a technical baseline under schedule pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define, formalize, and deploy the systems engineering processes (SEMP, CM Plan, Interface Plan, TM Plan).
• Propose system architecture and breakdown aligned with the WBS.
• Define expected system performance via need statements and requirement specs.
• Establish functional and product architecture and allocate to subsystems.
