Qualifications

• Proven systems engineering experience in a project context.
• Experience integrating process systems in operating facilities.
• Strong knowledge of industrial/manufacturing processes and interfaces.
• Ability to maintain a technical baseline under schedule pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy systems engineering processes and plans.
• Propose system architecture considering cost, schedule, risks.
• Define system performance through need statements and requirements.
• Establish functional/product architecture and allocate to subsystems.
• Manage stakeholder requirements across domains (safety, quality, ops).
• Own RTM from high-level needs to equipment specs and compliance evidence.
• Lead technical specifications and performance requirements for work packages.
• Assess risks and define mitigation plans.
• Define activities for design, manufacturing, integration, and qualification.
• Ensure lifecycle consistency of requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate integration plans and interface management between project stakeholders.
• Monitor verification, validation, and compliance activities.
• Provide technical leadership and coordination across multi-site teams.
