Framatome North America is seeking an experienced engineer to advance design, development, analysis, and testing across nuclear safety systems. You will perform diverse assignments, autonomously tackle tasks, and ensure compliance with US regulations and industry standards.

The role emphasizes continuous learning, process improvement, and a strong safety mindset. Preferred background includes light water reactor familiarity, RELAP experience, and knowledge of nuclear safety/licensing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required. Depending on position, degrees in Physics, Engineering Technology and Engineering Science may be accepted.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of engineering standards, techniques and criteria; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Performs non-standard and varied engineering assignments in design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, specifications, field tasks and quality issue resolution.
• Works autonomously with minimal instruction on most tasks.
• Ensures compliance with government regulations, organization, industry and customer engineering standards.
• Independently evaluates and applies technical methods for new tasks.
• Continues to develop knowledge of organization, processes and customers.
• Works on special projects as directed.
• Provides suggestions for process improvements.
• Maintain a safety mindset.
