Job summary

X Energy, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to lead QA activities for the reactor development program. The role ensures compliance with NRC, DOE, CNSC, ISO and other applicable standards, and supports supplier qualifications and process improvements.

The candidate will champion safety culture and manage quality plans, travel internationally and domestically as needed, and interact with project leadership to address risks and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and ABET accreditation; non-STEM degrees considered with experience.
• Typically ten years of experience in a relevant quality assurance role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QMS processes for the reactor program are identified, established, implemented and maintained.
• Analyse non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineers to facilitate process improvements and methodologies.
• Assist with internal quality inspections and supplier evaluations.
