Job summary

Energy Solutions, LLC seeks a senior QA leader to develop and implement QA programs ensuring product and service compliance with standards and customer requirements. The role oversees QA activities across business groups and provides guidance to staff, budgets, and improvements.

The successful candidate will have extensive nuclear industry QA experience, strong regulatory knowledge (NRC/DOE), and proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations and Projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of demonstrated QA leadership in nuclear construction, decommissioning, engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, NRC requirements, and DOE quality requirements.
• Certification as a lead auditor per NQA-1 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs QA activities for market segments to ensure high quality products and services.
• Oversees QA programs and elements across business groups/projects.
• Drives continuous improvement in QA effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develops schedules, budgets and cost estimates for QA activities.
• Represents QA interests in bids, proposals and cost estimates.
