EnergySolutions is seeking an experienced QA leader to drive robust QA programs across multiple projects and sites. The role requires oversight of QA activities, continuous improvement, and regulatory alignment with NRC and DOE requirements.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations and clients to integrate quality into project execution and manage QA staff and budgets. Travel to facilities will be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 15+ years of QA leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, NRC requirements and DOE quality requirements.
• Experience developing and maintaining QA programs for nuclear construction, decommissioning, engineering or manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Directs QA activities for market segments to ensure high quality products and services.
• Provides effective oversight of QA programs and QA program elements.
• Identifies and plans actions for continuous improvement in QA effectiveness and efficiency.
• Works with Engineering and Operations to develop schedules, plans and cost estimates for QA activities.
• Assists and supports resolution of conditions adverse to quality.
• Manages staff selection, development and retention; conducts performance reviews.
