Job summary

Natura Resources LLC seeks a Nuclear QA Manager to lead the design, implementation, and execution of Natura’s QA program for MSR-1 and related reactor activities. You will translate nuclear quality requirements into practical procedures and oversight practices across engineering, procurement, licensing, and construction.

The role requires leadership to scale QA with project phase and supplier risk, while maintaining independence and credibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in nuclear QA or related regulated quality roles.
• Direct experience implementing or supporting a nuclear QA program.
• Strong knowledge of QA program implementation, audits, and supplier oversight.
• Experience reviewing procedures and QA records for compliance.
• Ability to identify quality gaps and drive corrective actions to closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of Natura’s nuclear QA program.
• Plan and perform QA oversight, audits, and assessments; manage corrective actions.
• Lead supplier quality activities, supplier qualification, and audits.
• Support documentation, records management, and project integration.
• Foster a QA culture that is credible, risk-informed, and proactive.
