Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Lead Auditor to manage the nuclear QA audit program built on ASME NQA-1. You will plan the annual audit schedule, lead internal and supplier audits, and drive corrective actions to closure with objective evidence.

Qualified candidates have NQA-1 Lead Auditor credentials or eligibility within 90 days, 5+ years in nuclear QA, and experience auditing per 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1. Strong reporting and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• NQA-1 Lead Auditor qualification or eligible within 90 days with documented training, audits, and written exam.
• 5+ years of nuclear quality assurance experience auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.
• ASQ CQA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program and lead internal and supplier audits.
• Lead audits end-to-end: notification, checklist, entrance meeting, evidence, findings, exit meeting, report.
• Review and verify corrective actions, close with objective evidence.
• Maintain qualification records and support audits of the program.
