Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• 5 years of project management experience or 3 years of PM/supervisory experience and 2+ years of technical field experience.
• 6-10+ years of applicable PM experience preferred, especially in Construction Management and outages at nuclear plants.
• Leadership and hands-on field experience with non-union and union workforce in pipe fitting, boilermaking, machining, welding, and nuclear system repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high‑complexity outages and field service projects in nuclear power.
• Oversee cost estimates, proposals, negotiations, and tracking of financials and schedules.
• Drive project execution, recovery plans, and lessons learned across sites.
• Ensure project closure with proper archiving and quality assessments.
