Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Field Services Project Manager to lead nuclear field service projects, overseeing planning, costing, scheduling, and execution while supporting proposal development and contract negotiations.

The role focuses on safe, compliant site execution, coordinating with engineering, customers and global teams from mobilization through closeout. Travel up to 50% is required; this is a remote-enabled role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related technical discipline or 10 years related work experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in power generation or industrial manufacturing.
• 5+ years of commercial and negotiation experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to gain unescorted access to a Nuclear facility in US/Canada/Mexico.
• Ability to travel up to 50% annually (domestic and international).
• Ability to obtain/maintain a valid passport.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays/overtime as required.
• Able to walk long distances, climb stairs and ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management, costing, planning, coordination and execution for nuclear field services.
• Coordinate outage planning and pre-site work (T-12, T-6).
• Develop scope, schedule, quotes, resources and deliverables for proposals.
• Manage costs, estimates to completion and project schedules with milestones.
• Communicate with stakeholders; manage scope changes and risk mitigation.
• Provide accurate project reports and ensure technical/financial authorization.
