Job summary

Amentum seeks an Operations Manager to lead plant operations at the Hanford site near Richland, WA. You will oversee operations activities, coordinate with multiple disciplines, ensure compliance with DOE orders and safety requirements, and manage budgets and schedules.

The role requires 3 years nuclear facility experience and 8 years total operations/engineering experience, with supervisory duties preferred. You must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Nuclear Facility experience per DOE O 426.2.
• 8 years of total relevant work experience in operations, maintenance, or engineering, with at least 3 years in supervisory or managerial roles.
• Knowledge of DOE orders and industrial safety standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work safely and in compliance with permits and regulations.
• Support operations, maintenance, and commissioning of Waste Treatment Plant facilities.
• Direct field activities and supervise assigned personnel.
