Job summary

Allied Staff Augmentation Partners seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead major plant modifications at a nuclear generating facility in Palo Verde, AZ. You will drive cradle-to-career delivery of multi-disciplinary capital upgrades, manage budgets, schedules, risks, and regulatory interfaces.

The role requires extensive nuclear project experience, strong leadership, and proven success managing complex modifications with large contractor teams and safety-first procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary projects in a regulated nuclear environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of cost, schedule, risk management and regulatory reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-completion management of major plant modification projects with multi-million-dollar capital upgrades.
• Oversee contractor mobilization, construction execution, testing, and turnover.
• Develop engineering change packages, design deliverables, procurement specs, and work packages with engineering/field teams.
• Coordinate outages, regulatory interfaces, and ensure compliance with NRC/INPO requirements.
• Provide leadership to project teams and maintain safety culture throughout execution.
