Job summary

Allied Staff Augmentation Partners in Arizona seeks an experienced Project Manager – Mechanical to lead mechanical capital projects at a commercial nuclear generating station. You will oversee engineering, procurement, construction, testing, startup, and closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in mechanical, industrial, utility, construction, or commercial nuclear projects.
• Experience managing EPC projects.
• Knowledge of project scope, schedule, budget, contractor performance, and risk management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical capital projects from planning through project closeout.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, maintenance, operations, procurement, and contractors.
• Coordinate engineering reviews, constructability reviews, procurement activities, and field execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor project performance and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate outage activities and plant work windows.
• Lead project meetings and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and change control.
