Job summary

Constellation is seeking an M&T Instructor or Sr M&T Instructor for LaSalle Station in Marseilles, IL. The role covers design, delivery, and evaluation of training across Chemistry, Engineering, Maintenance (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical), and Radiation Protection.

You will develop, schedule, and conduct performance-based programs, evaluate trainees, and maintain auditable records while supporting outage activities and regulatory compliance with INPO and NRC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Mastery of skills and subject matter knowledge for maintenance and technical training programs.
• Ability to prepare trainee examinations and conduct evaluations across multiple training environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards (INPO, NRC) and training audits.

Responsibilities

• Drives the CEC and improves performance through training; develops and conducts programs.
• Prepares examinations, conducts evaluations, counsels trainees, and develops individual programs.
• Participates in outage support, root cause analysis, and line assessment support.
• Keeps training programs current with INPO, NRC bulletins, and regulatory changes.
• Supports business initiatives, project management, and emergency preparedness.
• Maintains auditable training records and reports.
• Participates in NRC/INPO audits and responds to audit findings.
• Maintains operational knowledge to deliver high-quality training.
• Performs other duties including emergency response and outage support.
