Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. located at LaSalle Station in Marseilles, IL, seeks an M&T Instructor or Sr M&T Instructor to lead and deliver nuclear maintenance and technical training programs.

The role requires mastery in designing, implementing and evaluating training aligned with regulatory standards and INPO/NRC guidance. You will supervise trainee evaluations, prepare exams, and support outages and audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 3 years nuclear technical discipline experience or 5 years of related (applicable discipline instruction) experience.
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g. chemistry, engineering, health physics, mathematics, physics), education or training with 2 years of related technical discipline experience or 4 years of related (applicable discipline instruction) experience.
• Maintains ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standards for personnel selection, qualification and training for nuclear power plants.
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements and favorable medical examination/testing

Responsibilities

• Drives CEC training programs and schedules performance-based maintenance training.
• Prepares trainee exams, conducts evaluations, and develops individualized training plans.
• Participates in outage, root cause, and line assessment support.
• Ensures training content complies with INPO, NRC bulletins and related regulations.
• Supports business initiatives, project management and emergencies.
• Maintains auditable training records and reports; participates in audits.
• Performs other duties as directed by management, including outage support.
