Job summary

Constellation's Braidwood Nuclear Power Station in Braceville, Illinois seeks a Maintenance and Technical Instructor in Instrumentation and Control to join the team. The role may be filled at Instructor I&C or Sr I&C, depending on experience.

You will design, deliver and evaluate training across electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical disciplines, prepare exams and oversee trainee progress, while supporting audits and outage activities.

Qualifications

• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standard for training personnel.
• Experience delivering nuclear maintenance and technical training.
• Ability to prepare examinations and evaluate trainees.
• Familiarity with INPO/NERs and NRC bulletins is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct performance-based maintenance and technical training.
• Ensure training content reflects regulatory guidance and SAT.
• Prepare trainee exams and evaluate performance.
• Support audits and maintain auditable training records.
• Assist with outage support and emergency preparedness duties.
• Develop and implement training programs across multiple disciplines.
