Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking an M&T Instructor or Sr M&T Instructor for LaSalle Station in Marseilles, IL. The role covers design, development, implementation, and evaluation of plant-specific training in Chemistry, Engineering, Maintenance, and Radiation Protection.

The position requires completing minimum qualifications for two levels with extensive subject matter mastery. Expect engagement in audits, regulatory compliance, and outage support while advancing training

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with relevant nuclear experience or related instructional experience.
Associate or Bachelor in a technical field with 2+ years of related instruction experience.
Maintain required access and pass medical examinations as applicable.

Responsibilities

Develops and conducts maintenance/technical training programs.
Prepares trainee exams and conducts evaluations in various learning environments.
Maintains training records and supports audits and regulatory requirements.
Ensures training content reflects INPO, NRC, and SAT standards.
Participates in outage support and special training projects.
Performs additional duties including emergency response as needed.
