Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory's NRIC program seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a portfolio of advanced reactor demonstration initiatives. Based at the Idaho Falls Research Campus, you will coordinate cross-cutting efforts across DOE, industry partners, and national laboratories, driving program execution under a 9x80 schedule with attention to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nuclear, electrical, chemical, or mechanical engineering with 14 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree with 8 years, or PhD with 6 years relevant experience.
• Experience in program management and portfolio coordination.
• Familiarity with DOE authorization processes for nuclear facilities and NRC licensing paths.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of projects ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate DOE authorization and NRC licensing pathways across programs.
• Lead interagency and industry collaboration across national laboratories and partners.
• Develop strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and align with INL's mission.
• Prepare progress and management reports for DOE and partners.
