Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD with 6–14 years relevant experience.
• 5+ years in program management.
• Knowledge of project and portfolio management principles.
• Familiar with DOE regulatory processes (authorization, NRC licensing).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a 'Q' clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of new and expanding projects, delivering on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate experimental campaigns leveraging DOE facilities and develop new capabilities.
• Engage with DOE/NRC to advance licensing pathways and project execution.
• Develop strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and alignment with INL mission.
• Lead PM, engineering, and operations teams across government and industry partners.
• Prepare progress reports for customers, partners, and management.
