Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience related to construction, engineering, business management, or project management.
• 3+ years of demonstrated project management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support major project phases including development, permitting, contract negotiations, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, including major capital projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments and with external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
