Qualifications

• 9+ years of directly related experience.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of the electric power generation business and energy markets.
• Knowledge of or experience with nuclear power generation or nuclear project development is beneficial.
• Strong expertise in research, marketing, and generation development practices.
• Advanced understanding of laws and regulations related to contracts, power generation, and utility regulation.
• Proven ability to apply scientific, financial, and analytical principles to solve complex problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proposals, reports, and regulatory filings.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and evaluating outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for executing the company’s generation growth strategy.
• Oversee development from early evaluation through execution, including site development, licensing strategy, and project economics.
• Identify and develop siting opportunities including military installations and government facilities.
• Coordinate regulatory strategy and filings for nuclear development investments.
• Prepare project recommendations and investment proposals for senior management.
