Dominion Energy's Surry Power Station is seeking a Senior Controls Specialist to lead project controls across capital projects. You will develop, implement, and coordinate planning, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and cost-control activities through the project life cycle.

Responsibilities include developing estimates, tracking costs, reviewing budgets, and delivering timely status reports to management while guiding junior controls personnel and coordinating with contractors and internal

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in cost control or project controls.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; substitution with AAS + 7+ years or HS diploma + 9+ years.
• Strong cost control knowledge
• Excellent communication and scheduling skills

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls for major power station projects.
• Develop estimates and schedules, monitor costs and progress.
• Provide status reporting to management.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams.
