Qualifications

• 9+ years of directly related experience.
• Knowledge of electric power generation and energy markets.
• Nuclear power development or nuclear industry experience is beneficial.
• Strong research, marketing and generation development practices.
• Understanding of laws and regulations related to contracts, electric power generation, and utility regulation.
• Proven ability to apply financial and analytical principles to complex problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation development activities for new nuclear projects from early-stage evaluation to execution.
• Identify siting and development opportunities at military, governmental, and strategic locations.
• Coordinate across licensing, regulatory, environmental, financial, and siting workstreams.
• Develop regulatory strategies and filings with input from legal and regulatory teams.
• Prepare investment proposals and negotiate necessary agreements to advance projects.
