Fluor Constructors is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead field construction activities for a major uranium enrichment EPC project in Piketon, Ohio. This role ensures safe, efficient, and quality execution across multiple disciplines, aligning with schedules, costs, and regulatory requirements.

You will supervise craft teams, coordinate subcontractors, and drive performance while upholding nuclear quality standards and Fluor HSE policies.

Formación

• Minimum 15 years of heavy industrial construction experience, including EPC project execution.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible field supervision experience leading large multidisciplinary craft organizations.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and craft disciplines on complex industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, workforce planning, productivity management, and project execution strategies.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, schedules, and construction work packages.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all field construction activities on the uranium enrichment facility.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate multi-discipline craft labor, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to achieve milestones.
• Lead and develop Craft Superintendents and field supervision teams to ensure safe and effective execution.
• Coordinate construction activities with engineering, procurement, project controls, quality, and commissioning teams.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify constraints, assess risks, and implement corrective actions to meet schedule and budget.
• Support detailed work planning, workforce forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Promote a strong safety culture through leadership and adherence to HSE policies.
• Interface with client representatives, government stakeholders, inspectors, and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure compliance with nuclear industry quality requirements and site procedures.
• Participate in constructability reviews and work package planning.
• Lead construction reviews and provide status updates to project leadership.
