Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a Lead Engineer with nuclear project experience to guide multi-disciplinary teams through FEED, EPFC, and project execution. You will develop quality plans, oversee process activity plans, and ensure alignment with client expectations and contract requirements.

The role requires a 14-year engineering background, communication excellence, and a Texas PE license or eligibility. You will work on critical facilities, train junior staff, and ensure adherence to ASME/NRC

Qualifications

Accredited four-year degree in engineering; 14+ years of work-related experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
PE license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain) and knowledge of nuclear QA/NRC requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers to develop drawings and specifications for FEED/EPFC phases.
Develop Process Technology Quality Plans for small to moderate projects.
Interface with client representatives and Fluor engineers to align contract requirements.
Develop schedules and budgets; analyze problems and propose cost-effective solutions.
Train team members on technology, processes, and client objectives.
