Job summary

Fluor Corporation in Houston is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager IV to lead field execution for Nuclear EPC projects. You will oversee construction operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multiple sites nationwide.

Travel or relocation may be required to support project needs. The role requires leading construction supervision, coordinating with engineering and project controls, and delivering turnkey startup readiness with a focus on zero incidents

Qualifications

Accredited four-year degree and twenty years of work-related experience, or twenty-four years if non-degreed.
Strong communication with stakeholders and ability to manage diverse teams.
Knowledge of nuclear quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead all site construction activities to ensure safe, effective, and successful project execution.
Manage construction supervisors, field engineers, subcontractors, and craft labor to achieve milestones.
Ensure construction work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate site activities with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Startup, and Project Controls teams.
Monitor site safety performance and promote Zero Incident and Zero Injury objectives.
Direct construction planning, work packaging, productivity improvements, and resource utilization.
