Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6 years instructional or applicable department experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial nuclear or Navy nuclear experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training program requirements and schedule committee meetings.
• Develop meeting agendas and gather training data for committees.
• Prepare and maintain training materials and supporting documentation.
• Identify training program problems and propose resolutions to management.
• Ensure training program procedures and documentation meet industry standards.
• Provide lesson plans, JPMs, lab guides, and other training materials as required.
• Additional duties as assigned.
