Responsibilities

• Coordinate training program requirements and meetings.
• Develop meeting agendas and minutes for training committees.
• Prepare training materials: Lesson Plans, JPMs, guides, workbooks, seminars.
• Maintain training program documentation and procedures.
• Ensure compliance and benchmark industry best practices.
