Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 6 years instructional or applicable department experience.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Commercial nuclear or Navy nuclear experience desired.
Final pay grade and compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Coordinate training program requirements and schedule committee meetings.
Develop meeting agendas and gather supporting training data.
Assign and track action items and prepare meeting minutes.
Identify training program problems and escalate to management.
Participate in assessments to ensure compliance with best practices.
Maintain procedures and training program documentation.
Prepare and maintain training materials: Lesson Plans, JPM, Guides, Workbooks, and seminars.
Prepare supporting documentation: Curriculum, Task analyses, Checklists, Matrices, and schedules.
Perform other duties as assigned.
