You will deliver expert-level instruction in nuclear electrical systems within a safety‑driven educational environment and shape practical training programs for students and staff. The role emphasizes coordinating curricula, developing lesson materials, and maintaining rigorous documentation while upholding industry standards and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6 years instructional or applicable department experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Experience in nuclear training or Navy nuclear is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training program requirements and schedule committee meetings.
• Develop meeting agendas and prepare supporting data for committees.
• Create and maintain training materials: lesson plans, JPMs, guides, and workbooks.
• Prepare program documentation: curricula, task lists, training matrices, and reviews.
• Identify issues and coordinate resolutions with management.
• Support training program assessments to benchmark best practices.
