Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 6 years instructional or applicable department experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial nuclear or Navy nuclear experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training program requirements and scheduling for committees.
• Develop meeting agendas and minutes; track action items.
• Prepare training materials: Lesson Plans, JPMs, guides, workbooks, seminars.
• Maintain training program documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
