Job summary

ITI Group is seeking a Principal Nuclear Engineer to lead design, development and integration of advanced control systems in the nuclear sector. You will own technical solutions, guide projects from concept to delivery, and ensure quality, performance and client satisfaction across teams.

You will mentor engineers, engage with cross-functional groups, and drive strategic problem-solving while maintaining compliance with quality standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

7+ years’ experience in systems engineering.
Technical expertise with SCADA, PLC and HMI packages.
Strong understanding of project management principles.
Basic understanding of contractual and commercial requirements.
Experience in regulated industries and system integration.
Familiarity with quality management systems.
Experience working on client sites.

Responsibilities

Review and approve complex system architectures, designs, and specifications.
Oversee integration, performance and compliance of overall systems.
Lead system testing, validation, and quality documentation.
