Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a senior project manager to oversee the timely, quality installation of contracted work on large commercial projects. You will lead safety, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination on a dynamic, on-site environment.

You will develop resilient plans, mentor diverse teams, run multi-disciplinary meetings, and communicate progress to owners, subcontractors, and stakeholders while upholding Clark standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• 4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• In-depth knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
• Demonstrated experience leading field operations and communicating plans across audiences.
• Advanced knowledge of safety and building regulations (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the timely and quality installation of contracted work on a project or scope.
• Create and manage a plan to sequence work, manage logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Develop, update, and communicate the project schedule and critical milestones with stakeholders.
• Lead multi-disciplinary meetings to gain buy-in on the schedule.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing team.
• Maintain professional relationships with project stakeholders and represent the company in meetings.
