Job summary

You will drive contract administration, procurement, and reporting, while developing the project team and maintaining strong owner and trade contractor relationships. A relentless focus on safety and performance is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a relevant field and substantial construction experience.
• Experience managing large-scale projects from start to finish.
• Ability to develop relationships with owners and trade contractors.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead duties related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly job status reports outlining priorities and issues.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate work activities on site.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, engineers, and design firms.
• Drive safety culture on the project site and ensure compliance.
• Recruit and retain top talent for Clark teams.
• Support proposals, presentations, and new business opportunities.
• Manage project close-out including turnover of manuals and final payments.
