Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Senior New Product Introduction Systems Engineer to lead manufacturing and system-level integration of complex radiation oncology delivery platforms. You will collaborate across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Service, and Product Management to translate product intent into scalable manufacturing solutions.

In this role you will set early manufacturing and supply chain direction, evaluate trade-offs, and govern readiness from prototype

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years in New Product Introduction, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrialization, or related leadership roles.
• System-level understanding of architecture, manufacturing processes, validation, product configuration, and Supply Chain interactions.
• Ability to lead complex technical work across global, cross-functional teams and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Experience with Design for Excellence, structured problem-solving, risk management, and evidence-based decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing and Supply Chain intent for assigned products across the lifecycle.
• Translate product requirements into system-level manufacturability, scalability, quality, cost, and readiness.
• Drive Design for Excellence with R&D to improve manufacturability and lifecycle cost.
• Lead technical trade-offs across performance, safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Orchestrate industrialization across sites and suppliers to align with system-level intent.
• Establish readiness governance for prototype through production ramp with evidence-based decisions.
• Identify and resolve systemic risk across design, manufacturing, and suppliers before launch.
• Build alignment across global stakeholders without relying on authority.
• Advance engineering capability using reusable standards and AI-assisted decision tools.
