Job description

Join us in pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare. For everyone. Everywhere. Sustainably.

Our inspiring and caring environment forms a global community that celebrates diversity and individuality. We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.

Engineer the Future of Cancer Treatment Delivery

Turning a breakthrough treatment-delivery concept into a safe, scalable, and reliable product takes more than great design it takes exceptional system-level leadership. As our Senior New Product Introduction Systems Engineer, you will shape how next-generation radiation oncology technologies move from development through industrialization and launch. Your decisions will influence product architecture, manufacturing strategy, supply chain readiness, quality, cost, and scalability helping care teams deliver precise, efficient cancer treatment to patients around the world.

The Opportunity

You will be the senior manufacturing technical lead and system-level integrator for complex radiation oncology treatment-delivery products and platforms. Working across R&D Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Service, and Product Management, you will translate product intent into credible, scalable manufacturing solutions. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and influence, you will establish manufacturing and Supply Chain intent early, make technical trade-offs visible, and ensure evidence-based readiness from prototype through production ramp. This is an opportunity to shape both the product and the way we industrialize innovation across a global manufacturing network.

What You Will Do
  • Own manufacturing and Supply Chain intent for assigned treatment-delivery products, platforms, or ecosystems across the product lifecycle.
  • Translate complex product requirements into clear system-level manufacturability, scalability, quality, cost, capacity, and supply-readiness requirements.
  • Drive Design for Excellence with R&D, influencing architecture and design decisions to improve manufacturability, testability, serviceability, reliability, and lifecycle cost.
  • Lead technical trade-off decisions across product performance, patient safety, quality, cost, schedule, supply risk, and long-term scalability.
  • Orchestrate industrialization execution across Manufacturing Engineering, sites, and suppliers, aligning processes, tooling, validation, product configuration, and production solutions to system-level intent.
  • Establish objective readiness governance for prototype, pilot, validation, transfer, and production ramp, ensuring decisions are supported by credible evidence.
  • Identify and resolve systemic risk across design, manufacturing, suppliers, materials, capacity, configuration, and cross-site deployment before it affects launch.
  • Build alignment without relying on authority, bringing clarity to ambiguity and influencing stakeholders across global functions and leadership levels.
  • Advance engineering capability through reusable standards, lessons learned, data, and responsible use of AI-assisted tools to improve decision quality and execution.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), Manufacturing Engineering, Industrialization, Systems Engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
  • Strong system-level understanding of product architecture, manufacturing processes, validation, product configuration, and Supply Chain interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical work across global, cross-functional teams and influence decisions without direct authority.
  • Proven application of Design for Excellence, structured problem-solving, risk management, and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly, frame credible trade-offs, and align technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in radiation oncology, medical devices, or another highly regulated, safety-critical, and technically complex industry is preferred.
Why Join Us?

Few engineering roles offer this combination of technical depth, global influence, and direct connection to patient care. You will help determine how advanced cancer treatment technologies are designed for real-world production and how reliably they can be built, launched, and scaled. You will join a collaborative global environment where strong technical judgement is valued, cross-functional leadership is essential, and your work can improve access to safe, precise, and efficient radiation therapy. If you are a systems thinker who thrives on complex challenges, turns ambiguity into executable solutions, and wants to shape the future of cancer treatment delivery, we would like to hear from you.
