Turning a breakthrough treatment-delivery concept into a safe, scalable, and reliable product takes more than great design it takes exceptional system-level leadership. As our Senior New Product Introduction Systems Engineer, you will shape how next-generation radiation oncology technologies move from development through industrialization and launch. Your decisions will influence product architecture, manufacturing strategy, supply chain readiness, quality, cost, and scalability helping care teams deliver precise, efficient cancer treatment to patients around the world.
You will be the senior manufacturing technical lead and system-level integrator for complex radiation oncology treatment-delivery products and platforms. Working across R&D Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Service, and Product Management, you will translate product intent into credible, scalable manufacturing solutions. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and influence, you will establish manufacturing and Supply Chain intent early, make technical trade-offs visible, and ensure evidence-based readiness from prototype through production ramp. The base pay range for this position is:
$139,180 - $191,378
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
