Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrialization, or Systems Engineering.
• Strong system-level understanding of architecture, manufacturing, validation, and supply chain interactions.
• Proven ability to lead complex work across global, cross-functional teams.
• Experience applying Design for Excellence, problem solving, risk management, and evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent communication of complex issues and trade-offs; align stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own manufacturing and supply chain intent across product lifecycle.
• Translate requirements into manufacturability, scalability, quality, and cost targets.
• Drive Design for Excellence with R&D to improve manufacturability and lifecycle cost.
• Lead technical trade-offs across performance, safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Coordinate industrialization across sites and suppliers to meet system-level intent.
• Establish readiness governance from prototype to production ramp.
• Identify systemic risks across design, manufacturing, materials, and capacity.
• Build alignment across global stakeholders without direct authority.
• Advance engineering capability through reusable standards and data-driven methods.
