Job summary

Gates, a leading manufacturer of fluid power and power transmission solutions, is seeking an Engineering Project Manager III – Motorcycles in Denver. You will own the end‑to‑end NPI process for multiple programs, coordinating across Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Quality, and Commercial teams.

You will drive scope, schedule, cost, and risk, and mentor teams while communicating status to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, engineering or other technical degree strongly preferred.
• 5-7+ years of professional experience in hardware/engineered products.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with global teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as end-to-end owner of the NPI process from concept through launch and post-launch support.
• Maintain accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk across the project portfolio.
• Lead high volume of concurrent product development projects balancing priorities and resources.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Plan and lead phase-gate reviews and provide leadership updates.
