Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Launch Manager – NPI based in Dayton, OH. You will lead cross-functional teams through NPI tollgates, manage readiness reviews, and drive risk, cost, and schedule decisions to ensure on-time, quality launch of new products.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing, organizing production readiness, and traveling 10–25% as needed. This role requires extensive program management experience and aerospace manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/related field
• Minimum 5 years aerospace manufacturing/NP I experience

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain cross-functional teams through NPI tollgates and readiness reviews
• Provide cost and schedule inputs for the NPI program plan
• Lead cross-functional teams to define supply chain plans for new product proposals
• Manage Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) and Manufacturing Readiness Assessments (MRA)
