Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Launch Manager – NPI to drive new product introduction plans from certification to rate production. You will coordinate with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and program teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets.

You will oversee MRL and MRA processes, lead risk mitigation, and shape strategic plans for your area while managing cross-functional projects and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years in manufacturing engineering or NPI.
• Minimum 5 years aerospace manufacturing engineering, process engineering or NPI experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain cross-functional teams through NPI tollgates and readiness reviews.
• Provide cost and schedule inputs for the NPI program plan and readiness risk abatement.
• Define supply chain strategy for new product proposals and manage MRL processes.
• Organize projects for new product introductions and manufacturing layout optimization.
• Travel 10%–25% (non-local).
