Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a New Product Integration (NPI) Manager III to lead Operations across Production Planning, Supply Chain, and manufacturing for one or more programs.

You will coordinate with Sustaining Engineering and the Program Manager to align requirements and drive performance. In this role you will manage program lifecycle, establish controls, report status, lead meetings, and interface with internal teams, government and commercial customers, while ensuring adherence to DoD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Management, or Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in Operations/Project Management.
• Experience in a highly technical environment.
• Familiarity with export licenses for military products (DoD/EAR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Operations portion of the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Planning and Factory Managers on priorities and execution.
• Lead program meetings and reviews with operations and senior management.
• Interface with internal teams, government and commercial customers.
