Itron, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for New Product Introduction to lead hardware programs from concept to production.

You will drive pilot builds, industrialization, and manufacturing process transfer while partnering with manufacturing engineering, procurement, logistics, EMS/CM partners, product management, and R&D. You will report on status, risks, and recommendations to senior executives. The role emphasizes Kaizen, Lean, and Agile execution and requires strong communication across

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical engineering experience.
• Proven program management experience in hardware/manufacturing environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of PCBAs, semiconductors, and box-build assemblies.
• Experience with Kaizen, Scrum, Lean, and continuous improvement practices.

Mansioni

• Lead NPI programs from initiation through delivery, including pilot builds and industrialization milestones.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and EMS partners.
• Maintain program status, schedules and risks within PMO governance; report to leadership.
• Apply Kaizen, Lean, and Agile methodologies to optimize processes.
• Provide technical oversight across mechanical, electrical, or industrial domains.
