Job summary

AV is seeking a New Product Integration (NPI) Manager III to serve as the primary liaison between program management and Operations, including Production Planning, Supply Chain, and factories. This role drives execution of Operations activities for one or more programs and acts as the single point of contact for internal customers.

The position requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 8–12 years of experience in Operations or Project Management, with a proven record of leading multiple

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, manufacturing management, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
8–12 years of experience in operations or project management.
Proven track record managing multiple successful projects.

Responsibilities

Management of the Operations portion of the program throughout the program's life cycle.
Coordinate and align project teams and their inter-dependencies.
Working with Planning and Factory Managers to establish priorities and report status.
Interface with internal teams as well as government/commercial customers.
Assist with cost proposals and ensure adherence to policies.
