Job summary
Honeywell seeks a Senior Advanced Project Engineer to lead complex New Product Introduction and product-enhancement programs from initiation through delivery at the Atlanta hybrid site. You will partner with Product and Offering Managers, Engineering Managers, and business stakeholders to define scope, plans, milestones, budgets, and governance.
You will ensure outcomes meet business objectives, customer needs, quality standards, and data/security requirements, while driving stakeholder
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, IS, or related; MBA/MS a plus.
- 10+ years leading complex product-development, NPI, and product-enhancement programs.
- 4+ years building integrated program plans with milestones, cost, risk, and readiness.
- 4+ years coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across multiple domains.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage NPI programs for Connected Industrials with milestones, budget, dependencies, risks, and governance.
- Drive program outcomes aligned to business problems, quality, and data/security requirements.
- Develop detailed program plans with schedule, scope, cost, and risks.
- Engage functional stakeholders across sales, support, marketing, finance, and engineering.
- Track program health with dashboards and drive corrective actions.
- Support annual budgeting, roadmap definition, and software capitalization.
