Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manufacturing and Process Development Engineer to own manufacturing deliverables for new product introduction, guiding DFM/DFA input and developing robust processes and tooling for production.

The role requires onsite work in Fairview, NC with possible travel to support process development, qualification and launch, and offers exposure to cross-functional NPI programs and site collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with NPI Manufacturing.
• Experience with machine/process design and deployment into production.
• Local to or willing to relocate to Fairview, NC to work onsite 5 days per week.
• Current US Citizen or Permanent Resident able to work onsite at an ITAR-categorized facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing readiness activities from concept through launch.
• Provide DFM/DFA input to improve manufacturability, quality, cost and scalability.
• Develop robust manufacturing processes, tooling and equipment solutions for production.
